Getting support

For most situations, sending a mail to support@copyleft.no will be your best option. For urgent requests, give us a call:

Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 weekdays, local time. You can not expect to reach us by phone outside these hours.

For customers with support contracts there is an additional prioritized phone number you can use, you should have received this from us when you signed. Please let us know if you have not received this.

For customers with top level SLAs, there is a set of 24h support numbers and contingency procedures. Please let us know if you are such a customer, and you have not received these detials.

Server setup

Some key server addresses are:

• Webmail for most of our hosted users: https://webmail1.clsmail.net/
• POP3/IMAP server for most of our hosted users: mail1.clsmail.net
• SMTP server for most of our hosted users: smtp1.clsmail.net (requires SMTP-auth)
• Mail administrator for most of our hosted users: https://mailadmin.clsmail.net/
  

Please contact us if you are unable to get these adresses to work, or if you suspect your accounts are located on another server.

For web hosting (advanced and simple LAMP) we are not able to list server information since this depends on the services and also varies from site to site. Please contact us if you lack the relevant information.
