Much of the work of our sysadmin team revolves around the management and surveillance of external servers often configured by the customers themselves, or by other consultancy companies. Many organizations become stuck with servers and services they are unable to manage properly themselvs, either through growth, aquisition, or perhaps loss of key personell.We offer to take charge of your servers, wherever they are located, and include them in our distributed management systems, so you can focus on your core business, and sleep better at night. We maintain three data centers in Norway and Mexico, and here we provide not only server housing, but complete managed hosting of services. Many customers think in terms of servers where it would be more beneficial to think in terms of services - in those cases, we are often able to provide the environment and surrounding sysadmin infrastructure that allows our customers to forget about hardware, operating systems and basic services like databases.Our service housing includes everything you expect and more. Hardware management, surveillance, trend monitoring, backups, upgrades and security patches, documentation, access to our workflow logs, etc.
Areas of expertise
In general, most of the servers we manage are GNU/Linux (Debian, Red Hat, and others) or BSD based, and most of the services we mangage or house are free software based.However, we also manage some proprietary systems such as Mac OS X servers, Sun servers, and services developed inhouse by customers of ours.
