The two Norwegian Copyleft companies have decided to formally merge, following last year's buyout of Copyleft Bergen by Copyleft Oslo. The merger was effective as of 2009-01-01.

The merger will result in Copyleft Solutions AS (AKA Copyleft Bergen) being absorbed wholly into Copyleft Software AS (AKA Copyleft Oslo). Copyleft Software AS will take over all the assets and responsibilities, as well as the fiscal history, of Copyleft Solutions AS.

This will have little practical impact on our customers and our suppliers, except of course our accountants and our auditors. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the consequences of this merger.
